Ronald Isaac

For the past 20 years, Mr.Issac has worked in a variety of areas including sales and customer service in both small and medium-sized businesses as well as large corporations such as Bell Canada and Microcell (Fido). He held positions at various company levels. In 2007, he was senior vice president of sales for an emerging SME at the time. In the early 2000s he was also in the field of therapy, rehabilitation and training. During his career, he has always been passionate about understanding and helping people improve their conditions.

It was in 2005 that the notions of Change Management and resistance to change were introduced during a presentation on this subject at Bell Canada. Bell was in the midst of major computer and physical changes that caused stress in employee and needed to be addressed. Since then, he has been teaching Change Management methods and apply them in his day-to-day work with his clients and the people he works with. Today, Mr.Issac is convinced that any entrepreneur or even worker should be familiar with these notions to evolve harmoniously within an organization
