In a gesture filled with hope and transformation—and reflecting unparalleled generosity—our co-founders, Frantz Saintellemy, C.M., Chancellor of the Université de Montréal, and Vickie Joseph, renowned entrepreneur, creator and philanthropist, have once again joined forces to give back where it all began: in the very neighborhoods that shaped them.
With a donation of $1 million, they created the Joseph-Saintellemy Fund for Access to Academic Success – a strong commitment to inclusive, innovative and equitable education.
Their aim: to reduce educational inequalities, open doors to the future for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and support a bold project by UdeM’s Faculty of Education.
In particular, this project will :
- Expand a network of actively supporting associate schools,
- Integrate advanced educational technologies (AI, robotics, VR/AR),
- Provide teachers with concrete data to better support each student.
And because they believe in the power of the collective, they’re launching the #ChancellorChallenge to double the impact and mobilize a further 1 million.
At Groupe 3737, we welcome this profound commitment. Education is the starting point for everything. Thank you Frantz and Vickie for continuing to lead the way with courage, love and vision.
