The Incubation program is designed to support entrepreneurs and startups from ethnocultural backgrounds who are developing impactful technological solutions. We provide an inclusive, forward-looking, and competitive environment, offering specialized resources and personalized guidance to foster the creation, growth, and commercialization of innovative businesses.

This selective and comprehensive program, enriched with complementary modules, supports innovative entrepreneurs from ethnocultural backgrounds in scaling and internationalizing their tech businesses. It offers a complete, inclusive service package focused on competitiveness, fosters collaboration with mentors, industry experts, and investors, and promotes innovation and diversity as strategic assets for economic growth and social impact in Quebec.

Modules and Support Pathway
  • Introduction to innovation and entrepreneurship: Understanding innovation fundamentals, market trends, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Idea validation and market research: Techniques to test feasibility, analyze demand, and identify target customers.
  • Value proposition development: Building a strong, differentiated business model, including social components.
  • Intellectual property and innovation protection: Understanding patents, trademarks, copyrights, and developing a suitable protection strategy.
  • Design thinking and prototyping: Methods to quickly design, test, and improve prototypes or MVPs.
  • Commercial strategy and digital marketing: Developing strategies to effectively reach the market and promote innovation.
  • Fundraising and financing: Exploring funding sources, preparing pitches, and negotiating with investors.
  • Project management and agility: Methodologies to efficiently manage project development in an agile mode.

International Expansion Module
  • The program includes a dedicated internationalization module, enabling companies to:
  • Analyze international markets, identify opportunities, and understand cultural and economic specifics.
  • Define market entry strategies (export, partnership, local establishment, etc.).
  • Adapt offerings and positioning for target markets.
  • Master legal, regulatory, and fiscal aspects specific to each country.
  • Develop intercultural management and global communication skills.
  • Organize logistics, secure financing, and anticipate international risks.
  • Use digital tools and international digital marketing to reach foreign markets effectively.
Program plan
  • Initial project diagnosis carried out by our team of experts in conjunction with project owners
  • Determination of performance indicators and objectives for structuring, growth and resource creation
  • Implementation of a customized support plan based on diagnosis and objectives
  • Selection and allocation of coaches/mentors/experts dedicated to projects
  • More than 1,000 hours of personalized support per project over 1 to 2 years, depending on needs and established plan
  • Allocation of closed spaces and provision of technological tools required by the project
  • Appropriate selection of workshops, events and training courses offered by Groupe 3737 and its partners, in line with the support plan.
  • Mid-term diagnosis
  • Evaluation according to performance indicators and realignment of objectives, if necessary
  • Adjustment of personalized coaching and selection of workshops/events/trainings, as required
  • Final diagnosis and evaluation (personalized reports)
