• Entrepreneur(e)s et projets innovants qui se sont démarqués dans nos programmes d’accélération;
• Projets présentant un chiffre d’affaires d’au moins 250 000$;
• De façon non limitative, entrepreneur(e)s issus de la diversité.

Program Plan

• Initial diagnosis of the project carried out by our team of experts with the project owners;
  Determination of performance indicators and structuring, growth and resource creation objectives;
  Implementation of a customized support plan based on the diagnosis and objectives;
  Selection and assignment of coaches/mentors/experts dedicated to the projects;
  More than 1000 hours of personalized support per project over 1 to 2 years according to the needs and the established plan;
  Allocation of closed spaces and provision of technological tools required by the project;
  Relevant selection of workshops, events and trainings by the Groupe 3737 and its partners in accordance with the coaching plan;
  Mid-term diagnosis;
  Evaluation according to performance indicators and realignment of objectives, if necessary;
  Adjustment of personalized coaching and selection of workshops/events/training, as needed;
  Final diagnosis and evaluation (personalized reports).
