Maudeleine Myrthil, new CEO of Groupe 3737

Maudeleine Myrthil holds an Executive MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Hautes études commerciales (HEC Montréal). Recognized for her leadership, she is the driving force behind the flagship training programs at Groupe 3737, where she serves as Vice President of Entrepreneurship.

In this role, she supports and equips entrepreneurs, enabling them to pursue their passions while generating revenue for their organizations, with the goal of specifically supporting businesses and organizations from ethnocultural diversity and contributing to the economic growth of Quebec and Canada on the international stage.

Maudeleine Myrthil stands out for her dynamism, which allows her to effectively mobilize teams around impactful projects. Over the years, she has shared her expertise internationally through conferences and trade missions, further strengthening her commitment to entrepreneurial development. She has been recognized as one of the “100 Women Changing the World” by Femmessor, and was invited to serve on the federal government’s expert committee in 2019 to promote women’s entrepreneurship.

Deeply involved in her community, Maudeleine Myrthil acts as an ambassador for the participatory funding organization La Ruche in Laval and has also served as President of the Jeune Chambre de commerce haïtienne, leading the organization to win the “Young Chamber of Commerce of the Year” award from the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec. Furthermore, she has served on the board of directors of the Office Franco-Québécois pour la jeunesse and has been honored by the R.I.R.E. Center for her contribution to Quebec society, as well as by the Regroupement jeunesse en action in the Women’s Leadership category.
