Our CEO, Louis-Edgar Jean-François, CPA, EMBA, our Deputy Executive Director, Maudeleine Myrthil, EMBA and our Vice President, Marketing, Communications, and Strategic Development Marine Lelièvre proudly represented Groupe 3737 at the 4th session of the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent, held at UN headquarters in New York from April 14 to 17, 2025.
The founding members of the BNFIN — Africa Centre, Black Business Initiative, and Tropicana Community Services — were also present at this major event.
Under the theme “United for Reparatory Justice in the Era of Artificial Intelligence,” this session highlighted the urgent need to build an ethical and inclusive digital future rooted in human rights — especially for women and girls of African descent.
We are honored to contribute to this global dialogue and to amplify the voices of Afrodescendant communities in Canada.
